[Talk-GB] Imagery offset at Banister House

Hi Mat,

Yes, for that manageable area I would definitely say align the
buildings properly if you can, using GPS as a reference - there are
plenty of GPS traces in the area, so the way I would do it is use the
"OSM GPS traces" tile layer and align the baselines of the buildings
(in the imagery) with that before starting.

It's often tricky with tall buildings, because the top of the building
probably won't appear directly over the base of the building, but (at
least in JOSM) it's easy to trace things and then shift them
as-a-group into the correct place.

When tracing in the panels should I adjust any of this and if so what approach should I take?
