[Talk-GB] Imagery offset at Banister House

Thank you everyone for your guidance. It was quite pains taking but I
aligned the Bing imagery with the major roads, updated the traces of the
buildings and then added all the solar panels on top which also took a
while as it is one of the UK’s largest community energy project on social
housing
