[Talk-GB] Imagery offset at Banister House

To realign base imagery with existing OSM data choose something at
ground level, not multi-storey buildings.
Use major road junctions as they're more likely to be accurately
detailed. Find one with offshoot roads in different directions.
Roundabouts are ideal for this.
Position tall buildings at the ground position. Don't fall into the
Parallax error trap:
