Hello everyone
It seems to me that there are some issues with toilet tagging, that
seems to have come from wheelmap.org. Not to criticise wheelmap.org,
they are a great part of the OSM ecosystem, using data and contributing
valuable data.
The issue is when somebody flags an object as having a wheelchair
accessible toilet the object gets tagged with 'toilets:wheelchair=yes'
(or no), but the parent tag 'toilets' never gets set.
When 'toilets:wheelchair=no' is set we can't infer whether there are
toilets but not accessible ones, or no toilets at all.
However I believe 'toilets:wheelchair=yes' should always come with,
'toilets=yes'. How would everyone feel about a large edit to amend
this?
