[Talk-GB] Correcting an unsafe cycle route onto Homerton High St

It’s a very odd bit of shared use paving under the building at the end of Hometon Street since it doesn’t link to a dropped kerb, nor formally continue to the zebra (though street view shows someone riding towards it on the pavement)
Quietway 2 runs north-south on the path alongside the churchyard, there is a wide exit onto Mehetabal Road-Isabella Road- Homerton Row is a useful quiet route for a cyclist to take to turn east at this point.
My assumption would be that the council transport planners recognised this (hence the shared used path between Homerton Row and Isabella Rd. ) but hadn’t worked out or implemented (yet) a crossing point here.
The stub way has been put in to enable routing - otherwise a routing app could not connect to Homerton. It’s not strictly shared use so bicycle=dismount has been added, again to enable the Cyclestreets algorithm to pick it up (my understanding is it will put short sections of bicycle dismount within a route)
Barrier=Kerb positioned on the way would correctly add a small delay to the routing algorithm (again correct) but the way should remain in place with the tags it has .
I’ll bump this to Hackney Cyclists as well to find out why theres no dropped kerb!
