[Talk-GB] NHS England open data - hospitals

Good one.
I've looked at the two nearest to meĀ -
Blue - Chorley & South Ribble District General Hospital, Non Contentious
as far as I can see
Green - Eccleston Health Centre. Several problems with the data - its
not a hospital its a doctors surgery, it's already mapped as doctors
with the name Eccleston Health Centre, the location is about 100m
distant on Doctors Lane, the Post Code centroid has been used as the
location; so not a good match.
I've used the NHS website where I think this data came from and my
opinion is that the data is outdated and not regularly maintained.
I think the best that NHS data can be used for is spotting missing
facilities but should not be used for auto-updating the map. As you
suggest manual conflation may be best.
