Brighton's Royal Sussex County is _quite_ good.

It has a boundary marked with https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/96989422
*and* an old node https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3328275467 with a
couple of sub-hospitals:
The 'Eye Hospital' https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/26842677 which would
get renamed: Eye Hospital -> Sussex Eye Hospital and other appropriate tags
added.
'The Royal Alex Children's Hospital'
https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/96987620 which doesn't get touched.

I think the double Royal Sussex County (way and node) confuses conflation
slightly and would result in the boundary rename being incorrect: Royal
Sussex County Hospital -> Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital

plain buildings are untouched:
e.g. The 'Elton John Centre & Urology Outpatients'
https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/96992830
