I think it probably is - all the old maps I can find actually
show that as Rhydd Court rather than Rhydd House:

The 1851 Census has the address "Rhydd House, Rhydd Green" so
that is definitely the right area as Rhydd Green is just to
the west as is Dripshill House which is another property on
the previous page of the census.

I can't immediately find her in the 1861 but the 1871 has her
still at Rhydd House with Rhydd Wharf and Rhydd Ferry as the
next two entries and there is a ferry shown on the OS map.

The 1881 also has Rhydd House adjacent to Rhydd Ferry and
still with Allen's as occupants although not her.
