[Talk-GB] House converted to maisonette

There's an end-terrace that's been converted into a maisonette. Should this
still be building=house following original form? Any way of explicitly
describing it as now being a maisonette?

At the moment the rest of the terrace has the addresses on the building
rather than an entrance. I was thinking of just adding a new entrance=home
with house number 24A and leaving the building with house number 24 as I
haven't mapped the other entrances, but realise this might be confusing.

Is there good/better practice in this situation?
