[Talk-GB] LCN 5 in London seems to miss cycleway info on roads (around Kilburn High Road)

According to
https://github.com/a-b-street/abstreet/issues/577#issuecomment-854270042
some info seems missing there (based on comparing OpenStreetMap
and Google Street View).

This specific data would be useful for A/B Street based experiment, so
if someone is nearby (definitely not me, I never was in UK) and 
able to fix/review - help would be welcomed.

BTW, if someone never tried it -
A/B Street is a very nice traffic simulator / game / visualisation
of road detail (especially lanes) in OSM.

With a great maintainer, if someone is interested in testing and looking
for bug or is a programmer interested in writing in Rust I really recommend it
(I contributed a bit without previous Rust knowledge).
