Can you explain how they are part of both roads? Do you mean that they 
have two separate postal addresses, or do you mean that both roads are 
included in their (only) postal address? For example, is it an address 
in the form of

1 Eton Garages
Lambolle Place
London
NW3 4PE


If so, then this was discussed fairly recently on the list. There are, 
basically, two options:

addr:street=Eton Garages
addr:parent_street=Lambolle Place


or

addr:substreet=Eton Garages
addr:street=Lambolle Place

(in both cases, the other elements to the address will be the same).

Unfortunately, I don't recall if we arrived at a consensus! There are 
arguments for and against both options, but my vague recollection is 
that addr:street and addr:parent_street seemed to be the best fit for 
the data. I'm happy to be corrected on that, though.
