[Talk-GB] Houses that belong to two seperate roads

Hi Berrely,

This is a common case of a "dependent thoroughfare" [1]. We have 
recently came to a conclusion [2] this should be mapped as:

addr:street=Eton Garages
addr:parentstreet=Lambolle Place

A possible complication (probably not in this case) is when no physical 
street with a name matching addr:street exists. Both addr:substreet and 
addr:place were suggested instead (both their own problems).

My own preference would be addr:substreet+addr:street as it better 
matches RM conventions. We are trying to make use of an 
addr:parentstreet tag, which is already well established in OSM.
