I'd refrain from retagging it with operator=National Grid for now as that
would make it impossible to distinguish between National Grid's assets that
are part of the Transmission network, and these WPD assets that are part of
the Distribution network.

My suggestion is we wait to September to see if the subsidiary companies
are renamed. At the moment this doesn't seem to be the case. E.g.
