I quoted a bit out of a middle as an example of the accuracy. The full TRO remains online at

I don't know Maldon well enough to know why the way's name was changed, but reading the TRO suggests it should be Mill Lane, not Station Road. Probably worth a changeset comment to ask the mapper who changed it.
