[Talk-GB] Village sign tagging schema

Hi John,

Happy New Mapping Year!

It's a good question. I've used some or all of the following tags when
mapping such features:
direction=(eg 90)
material=(eg stone)
name=(of village)
traffic_sign=city_limit

Not sure if it's a consensus but traffic_sign=city_limit is the official
tag key-value pair that I think best fits the situation.
