[Talk-GB] Tagging standard for Cyclehoop bicycle hangars

Hi Mat,

I asked that original question, and I think there may have been others too.
At the time I was researching different local authorities' servicing of the
needs of their residents for secure bike storage, so was mapping bike
hangars from a desire to run geospatial queries about the patchy rollout.

Where does the name suggestion index end up being used, I'm not familiar
with it? I have created JOSM presets for a few things I tag regularly, to
save on typing!

Here's the set of tags I've ended up using:

Your brand and wikidata tags seem like a good idea. I wonder if it will be
straightforward to identify the operator, as Cyclehoop's default is that
they operate the request process, manage the waiting lists, issue the
access keys, pay for the maintenance in return for the rental fee? Some
councils like Hackney and Islington, though, self-manage their hangars. tbh
I mainly used the operator tag to be able to query for cyclehoop hangars
rather than other private bike sheds.

Incidentally, there's a competitor to Cyclehoop now called Falco and their
"Falcopods" are also being rolled out. We should probably use tagging that
accounts for multiple operators and suppliers.
