[Talk-GB] When is a postcode mappable?

I have had another play with that site (Zestate).
It says that my 4-bedroom, detached property is a flat with 3 bedrooms.
It says that a flat that I know of in Torquay (with one double bedroom and one single bedroom) is "suitable for a family of 6"
So, I'm not sure that I trust their data.
