[Talk-GB] associatedStreet relations in the UK

Hi All,

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Addresses_in_the_United_Kingdom is silent on the use of associatedStreet relations (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relation:associatedStreet ).   I haven't seen much use of them anywhere in the UK, but there are some here and there.

Does anyone have strong views about whether existing uses of associatedStreet should be maintained?

I'm asking because a new user has appeared in my neck of the woods and removed all buildings from eight different associatedStreet relations - with his/her first eight changesets!   I'm not sure I have the energy to follow-up more than I've done already.
