[Talk-GB] Anyone fancy a bit of mindless drudgery?

A while back, someone imported names for a bunch of sewage treatment 
works.  They added the sewage works (which mostly weren't there before) 
and got the names from a Yorkshire Water spreadsheet.  Unfortunately, 
the spreadsheet had an off-by-one error in it and they didn't sanity 
check the data.  If been fixing these a few at a time (and also tried to 
interest the importer into fixing them all, without success).

An overpass query that mostly identifies them is 
https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1oyq .

As an example, if you pick https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1040548970 
from there, you'll see that the name is "Grimwith/STW" but the nearby 
village is "Grinton".

Similarly, pick https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1040467951, allegedly 
"Flawith/STW", but near "Flaxton" (and I can vouch for the "Flaxton" 
being the correct village name there).

There are around 37 to do.  I know that sometimes people "like stuff to 
fix" so if anyone fancies a go, feel free.  If not, no problem - I'm 
sure I'll get round to finishing them off at some point :)
