[Talk-GB] PROW footpath mapping - taking it far too literally

Hi

A contributor has been reducing the lengths of PROW ways & inserting 
really small sections without PROW tags for instances like the one shown 
in the link, where inaccurate recording by the local authority shows a 
miniscule gap between PROWS. (The blue lines are the LA's PROW ways)

I /really/ hope no one else has taken this poor LA data as literally as 
this mapper.

Please don't tell me this is 'a thing'.
