Please document the items listed in the organised editing guidelines 
<https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines#Documentation_on_the_wiki>on 
the wiki. It is important that this information is centrally located 
where the community can search for it, which is why the guidelines call 
for it to be on the wiki. It's also not clear which items you are 
proposing, and which ones will you come back with later with a new 
organised edit proposal.
