[Talk-GB] Tagging of private parking in gardens

Based on personal experience, I would not tag it in a such a way as to
render a "P" on the Standard layer (yes, I know this is tagging for the
renderer). I tagged a place once, on my home turf (though not my property)
which was a private car park on a private driveway and tagged correctly as
such but since this still rendered a pale "P" in an otherwise quiet part of
the map, the DWG received a complaint from the resident as non-residents
were parking there! At least it shows people do use OSM. However, proceed
with caution.

Regards,
*Paul*
