[Talk-GB] code-point_open accuracy

A good source for eatery postcodes is the FHRS database.  When I use it, I add "source:addr:postcode=FHRS Opendata" and an fhrs:id=* tag.

There is a handy tool here https://gregrs.dev.openstreetmap.org/fhodot/ to match FHRS database entries with OSM objects.  https://gregrs.dev.openstreetmap.org/fhodot/

And there's an FHRS plugin for JOSM too ( https://github.com/kmpoppe/fhrsPlugin ) which can find FHRS data given partial addresses.
