[Talk-GB] “No path”

A little late, but I see TGO [1] also did an article, and contacted
OSMF for comments.

OSM US has a working group [2] that fits this. But basically: We should
make sure we tag things accurately, in this case, it was with
`sac_scale=demanding_alpine_hiking`. App developers need to use the
data. And ideally land owners and rescuers would be involved in OSM.

I don't know how to make the last one happen, I know National Trust is
already involved with editing OSM [3], but what about others? How do we
encourage more involvement? What convinced NT to be involved, and can
we use that to convince others to become involved?
