[Talk-GB] Mobile Phone Masts & NSI

Looking for something else I found data on mobile phone masts in the open
data for Non-domestic rates with names of the owners of the masts (and some
other useful things which I need to follow-up). Some of the names have
likely changed (e.g., Orange), but in general these look like good
candidates for adding to the Name Suggestion Index.

Names in the Nottingham Open Data, roughly in order of frequency:

   - Vodafone (& Ctil Vodafone)
   - Hutchinson 3G
   - O2 (and Telefonica O2)
   - Mobile Broadband
   - Orange
   - Cellnet
   - T-mobile
   - Airwave
   - Argiva
   - Ntl
   - One-to-One

Obviously some are very dated, with the name more-or-less corresponding to
the start date of the account, so some replacement entries may need to be
made too.
