You're telling me!  There's some real blasts from the past in there.

BT/EE (Orange, T-Mobile, One-to-one in list below) and Hutchison 3G (the 
official name of "Three") have been sharing infrastructure for donkey's 
years now.  Their sites near me are normally badged as both "EE" and 
"Hutchison 3G" rather than the name of the joint venture.

O2 (also Cellnet and probably indirectly Airwave in the list below) is 
now part of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virgin_Media_O2 but I've not 
seen that name used on any masts.  What was NTL is also now part of that 
via Virgin Media.

"Argiva" is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arqiva of course.

I'm not sure who "Mobile Broadband" were; a visit to one of the sites to 
see the posted sign would help find out who they are now.

I'd suggest not adding historical operator names to the NSI as it would 
surely cause confusion...
