[Talk-GB] OS Benchmarks in OSM?

Hi, everybody!
I've been reading about Ordnance Survey 'Benchmarks'/ Bench Marks. OS
suggest that around 190 Fundamental Bench Marks (FBMs) exist, and
""approximately 500 000 'lower order' BMs":
https://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/benchmarks/
A downloadable archive exists, of the Benchmarks, and this is covered by
the Open Government Licence (OGL); this appears to be compatible with OSM's
approach:

Does anyone know whether Benchmarks have been discussed, before? I'm
wondering whether this is useful historic information, that could be
verified by a StreetComplete quest.
It looks like a (proposed?) tag already exists, but I think this needs
expanding slightly, to distinguish between Fundamental Bench Marks (FBMs)
and other Bench Marks.

A quick check of the tag page would suggest that we haven't quite mapped
all of the BMs.
Before this goes any further, I just wanted to sound out the list, to see
whether we've already been around this buoy.
Many thanks,
Chris Andrew
