[Talk-GB] OS Benchmarks in OSM?

Hi

It gets discussed every now & again.

Best start with man_made=survey_point & do some further filtering from 
there. On the discussion page of benchmarks there appears to be some 
disagreement in how to tag individual items (quelle surprise).
