[Talk-GB] MapRoulette challenge to add highways

Thanks Marjan.

My money is on this spotting new housing estates. It is worth reminding
mappers to try all the aerial sources available. My first site
https://maproulette.org/challenge/37397/task/145777316 wasn't visible on
any so I marked as 'too hard/can't see'. My second site
https://maproulette.org/challenge/37397/task/145777403 has some of the
roads in Esri World Imagery.

A quick look at Google Maps aerials may confirm, but obviously we cannot
use that as a source.
