[Talk-GB] MapRoulette challenge to add highways

Hi,

First of all, a big thank you to everyone who completed the tasks in the TomTom isolated highway challenge I posted here a few weeks ago. I was glad to see you liked it!

Since people expressed interest in more challenges, I'm sharing something new with you today. The challenge is called "Add Highways<https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/37397>" and it contains 295 missing highways we detected in England by comparing TomTom's in-house road centerlines to the OSM road network. The results were validated using the available imagery sources in the UK.

Let me know if you have any questions or comments. If you like the challenge, we have more missing highway leads that we can add later on.
