[Talk-GB] Status regarding the 'A8(M)' near Baillieston, Glasgow

The Scottish trunk/motorway network in OSM is based on the official list 
of trunk roads published by Transport Scotland here: 
https://www.transport.gov.scot/publication/official-list-of-trunk-roads/

That list says it should A8(M), as shown by the two grid references on 
the map
