[Talk-GB] Status regarding the 'A8(M)' near Baillieston, Glasgow

I find it interesting as to why there's so many conflicting sources
regarding the matter. I'd say to tag it as the M8 now, add the M73 as an
alternative number, and then the A8(M) as the highway authority number as
the A8(M) number is no longer signed at the roundabout(s) from the looks on
Streetside imagery.
