[Talk-GB] Tagging a Driving Test Centre

Returning to tagging I tagged my local test centre with

government=transportation

office=government

operator=DVSA

name=Chorley Driving Test Centre

I do believe that this is an amenity and should be 
amenity=driving_test_centre - (of which there are 5 taginfo instances)

Similar amenities are = vehicle_inspection which could be applied to UK 
MOT Test Centres. (Sounds like a challenge)
