The results of the search page include this information. So there's no 
reason why it wouldn't also be included in any full list.

Actually, theory test centres and practical test centres are two 
different sections of the "find a driving test centre" website. A quick 
check for my postcode suggests that they are, in fact, two completely 
separate sets of locations with no overlap. I don't think that's 
particularly surprising, the facilities required by each site are also 
completely different.

Theory test centres, in particular, often seem to be just a room or 
suite in a larger building. So tagging them may not be quite so easy as 
tagging practical test centres, which require their own off-road parking 
so even if the offices are in shared facilities there will always be 
something on the ground that can be mapped and tagged.
