Yes, it's worth adding heritage=2 + heritage:operator=Historic England + 
ref:GB:nhle=* + listed_status=Grade II + historic=building.

The data may well be duplicated in Wikidata, but expecting data 
consumers to supplement every PostGIS or Overpass query with a Wikidata 
query would make the data far less useful.
