Yeah, that's what I gathered as well, thanks to your BIL for confirming
it :)
Would that warrant detatching the amenity=cafe (and whatever) as
seperate nodes from the buidings, so that the building=shelter can be
tagged access=private without implying that that's the access for the
cafe as well?
