[Talk-GB] Curious housing in Richmond

My preference for the obvious kinds is building=maisonette , but when
casually mapping from aerial photos it's not easy to tell.
I think house=maisonette is obviously wrong, building=apartments + a subtag
would be better choice if subtags are preferred. The advantage of subtags
in avoiding use of a distinct British housing form on the main tag.
I'll see how many I have photos of & try & add them to the wiki.
One thing Andrew's OP raised is that floorplans are useful. Perhaps having
a few floorplans of typical British housing on the wiki would be a good
idea.
