Perhaps

* `board_type=history`
* `direction=[direction it's facing]`
* `information=board`
* `inscription=[whatever the sign says]`
* `name=[the 'headline' of the sign if there is one]`
* `subject=Denham`
* `subject:wikidata=Q988761`
* `support=post [or whatever it is]`
* `tourism=information`

The crucial ones being `information=board` and `tourism=information`, with the `subject` ones being useful too.
