Is there a way of adding a tag to OSM that says an OSM node is an 
instance of a Wikidata type of thing?

Excuse my pseudo Turtle:

osm:11679097708 rdf:type wd:Q4896866 .

It would seem like a useful thing to be able do, given that Wikidata 
defines a lot of different types of things.
