[Talk-ht] Evolving street names?

Yes, that is the source of the names on the wiki page, and it was clipped
directly from the scanned topo.

I am trying to figure out what source the person who tagged the way was
using.  (I have emailed them to find out).  If they used a source that is
better than 16 year old spy maps, I don't want to wipe that out.
