[osm-hu] Road Network Improvements in Hungary

Nowadays I'm surveying Budapest 15th district by searching for house
numbers / addresses, and to be honest, I put some missing roads to the map,
and aligned some if needed, but I'd say most of the roads are aligned in
the district but i don't want to see any kind of vandalism that can't be
seen due to " (internal and non-downloadable file")". I'm going to be
honest, it would be better if the GPS tracks were available for OSM, since
I recorded a lot of tracks but i'm not willing to upload them, as most of
the district has kindof accurate GPS tracks, i uploaded tracks where it was
necessary to do so, where there was a missing part of the road that wasn't
put on OSM, but IMHO my GPS tracks aren't good since I don't own a good
Garmin GPS or anything like that, just only a smartphone which can be
around 10 meters off sometimes, thus it records not accurate gpx tracks. (I
need to record a lot of GPS tracks nowadays, because of completing Physical
Education I. "Testnevelés I."(it's a two semester subject btw) subject, i'm
going to talk about it on the OSM hour that is due on March 29)

But this is just my own opinion.
