[osm-hu] Road Network Improvements in Hungary

Dear Murad,

Could you please clarify a little bit, what kind of activities
(improvements) do you plan and based on which source data?

If you would like to change the road network based on GPS tracks collected
by mobile phones, they have likely lower accuracy than most of the road
network in OSM for Hungary (partly based on georeferenced orthophotos),
therefore your "improvement" will worsen the database (at least partly).
