Hey Peter,

Thanks for bringing this up. 

We have started the process of complying with OSM community requirements 
starting 2021 (based on the feedback from OSM community). That's also the 
reason we contacted you beforehand for this particular project. This 
comment would be addressed accordingly. Please also share here anything you 
find troublesome from our side.

I apologize for this and believe that this kind of issues are rather 
exceptions than the way we work with community.
