[Talk-hu] Entrance signs - ref, addr:flats, ref:signed=no tags

Hello Mateusz,

sorry for the late answer. Though I do not live in an area with big block
houses, as far as I know flat numbers are not written outside on buildings
in Hungary.

Staircases are often numbered and visible also from the street but for them
addr:unit <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:addr#Detailed_subkeys>
tags are used.

Maybe others with more experience will correct me.
