[Talk-hu] Entrance signs - ref, addr:flats, ref:signed=no tags

I enabled this quest in Hungary

They mentioned staircase designators, so I enabled it.

if this quest will turn out to be mistake here, then I will disable it.

Is addr:unit tagged on entrance=staircase? Or on address nodes?
Or on something else?
