[OSM-talk-ie] Talk-ie Digest, Vol 70, Issue 10

After I sent the last message about how to get from Mapwarper to JOSM the
digest arrived and I saw that Gill asked the same question as me, so sorry
for the duplication. At least I feel like I'm in good company!
