[OSM-talk-ie] error correction of data in downloaded ireland-northern-ireland.osm.pbf

I downloaded the ireland-northern-ireland.osm.pbf and noted some errors,
e.g. in polygon layer column "place" one row of 'locality is misspelt  as
'lcoality'.
What should I do for this? Go to the instance on osm online and edit?

Also, if I run a filter in QGIS: "natural" = 'water' AND "water" IS NULL it
returns 7574 rows, including major lakes such as Lough Neagh, Gill, Conn
etc. Does this mean that these are errors, i.e. that the record is
incomplete and the column 'water' hasn't been filled in correctly? Or am I
missing something here?
