[OSM-talk-ie] How you can improve the mapping of Irish schools

Unfortunately, when they released it, they removed a load of additional
useful data.
I've already sent a request through data.gov.ie for the dataset to be
updated with the missing info.

On a side note, due to an error on my part, the OSMF waiver to allow us to
consume Irish govt data under CC-BY was delayed so was only sent about 10
days ago.
