[OSM-talk-ie] Electoral district query

Morning,

I've come across a small electoral district on the map in Waterford, 
Kilmanahan <https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/10182628>, containing 
two townlands, but I'm not able to find this ED listed anywhere else. 
Both townlands (Kilmanahan 
<https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/5639936> and Kilnamack West 
<https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/5639938>) are listed in the 1901 
index on histpop.org¹ as belonging to Kilmacomma 
<https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/6740920>, an adjacent ED.

Is there somewhere else this Kilmanahan ED could have come from, or am I 
safe to delete it and extend Kilmacomma to cover those two townlands?
