[Talk-il] English Place names ...

One more thing, rendering a map of Mapnik or Osmarenderer is one thing. What
about customizing maps for different devices? I have an old Garmin GPS that
doesn't support Hebrew fonts so I wrote a little program that override
"name" with the "name:en" values so I get the map in English.
